CS5 & Noiseware Plug in problem

I am running Windows 7, CS5 and have downloaded the noiseware plugin trial, I really want to get the paid version but cannot get the plugin to show up in filters. I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times. I have had it under the CS5 program files in the plug in folder and have had in it program files
(x86) plug in folder and still unable to view in filters. I have checked in CS5 for hidden filters under preferences but it doesnt even show as in the filters or plugins. No idea what to try next. One other note when I am running the installation I have to choose CS5 since it doesnt show automatically as an option which I find odd so I dont know if that could be an issue as well.

Sounds like you're trying to install the wrong bit versions so you'll need to file a support ticket on this. Click on the support link at the top of the page and follow all of the instructions there. BE SURE and list everything asked for as we really do need this info.
